Wayne Krupsky founded the firm in Boston in 1984. After several years in public accounting and industry, Mr. Krupsky decided to form his firm based upon a belief that the closely held business owner wanted a more personalized level of service than what Mr. Krupsky felt was being delivered by the larger local firms.
The firm devotes the bulk of its efforts to the tax issues affecting closely held businesses and their owners. Such issues include corporate, partnership and individual income tax matters. The firm also provides services to estates, trust, and non-profit organizations.
The firm also provides accounting services including compilation and review engagements, as well as accounting and bookkeeping assistance.
Consulting engagements include expert witness testimony and litigation support services, tax representation at the audit and appeals levels, and general business advice and counsel.
